How we choose our listings

An independent guide

Bonjour Ventoux is a private, independent guide produced by Cyanto in Villes-sur-Auzon. It is not a tourist office, nor an official website of any village or of the Département.

Who is listed in the guide?

We list places to stay, restaurants, activities, wine cellars and producers in the villages around Mont Ventoux, using public information: name, type of business, address, website and practical details (season, closing day). We only include businesses with proven recent activity, and we recheck listings regularly; the date of the last check is shown on every page. For B&Bs (chambres d'hôtes) and holiday cottages (gîtes), only the hamlet or neighbourhood is given. Any business can ask for its listing to be corrected or removed by writing to contact@cyanto.fr.

In what order?

Listings are sorted alphabetically. Partner businesses, which pay for a full listing and greater visibility, appear first and are always labelled “Partner”. Paid placements in the guide are always marked as such.

The “Our favourite” badge marks a place we recommend after trying it ourselves. It cannot be bought and has nothing to do with being a partner.
